If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact me within 48hours so that I can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.

Arriving Late
I understand that things pop up sometimes, but please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment so I can give you the full experience you’ve booked in for.
If you think you’re going to be late, please send me a quick message to let me know your ETA. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. In this case, your booking fee will be forfeited, as that time has been reserved just for you.
If you’re only slightly late and I’m still able to fit you in, your treatment may need to be shortened or adjusted so I can stay on track for other clients.

Rescheduling / Cancellations
Please respect my time when booking appointments — your time is valuable, and so is mine. As a small business, last-minute cancellations are hard to fill, so adequate notice is essential.
Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit/booking fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable within this window.
You may reschedule up to two times. On the third reschedule, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.
For clients booking multiple tattoo sessions in one day, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for any changes, as the entire day is reserved for you.

Payments
A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of all bookings. This fee is transferrable to another appointment if more than 48 hours notice of an appointment change is given. (7 days if you have 2+ cosmetic tattoo’s booked in the same day)
Reschedules or cancellations less than 48hours will forfeit the booking fee and a new booking fee will be required to book in again
No shows will forfeit the booking fee, and future bookings will require full payment at the time of making a new booking.
For all manual bookings made via message, a payment link for the required booking fee will be provided. Kindly ensure the booking fee is paid by 5 PM the next business day to secure your appointment. If payment is not received by this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled to allow availability for other clients.
Booking fees can be paid over the phone with card details, via the link sent online, bank deposit or in person at the clinic. I accept payment by cash (please have the exact money) , EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard and I have in studio AFTERPAY available.
Children & Guests in the studio
At Dekure Beauty, I strive to create a relaxing environment for all of my valued clients. To maintain a relaxed atmosphere and ensure the comfort and safety of all individuals within the studio, I have implemented a policy that does not permit children or guests in the treatment space (there physically isn’t any room).
I kindly request that you make appropriate arrangements for childcare before visiting the studio. I understand that it may be challenging to find suitable accommodations for your children during your appointment, but my aim is to provide an uninterrupted and enjoyable experience for all of my clients.
By adhering to this policy, I can ensure that each client receives the utmost attention and relaxation they deserve. The studio is designed to be an oasis of calm, allowing everyone to unwind and fully enjoy their time with me. There are also other technicians within the clinic that can get affected.
