I offer a safe, long-lasting alternative to eyebrow microblading called nano feathering at Dekure Beauty. This is a machine applied method which does not use blades or anything that can damage the skin or discolour in the skin. My brow feathering designs are custom created to suit the unique natural brow formation of each individual client, to compliment natural looking, soft and feathery brows. I will be able to guide you towards a certain technique according to your brow goals.

For sparse brows, eyebrow feathering provides greater volume and texture. The eyebrow feathering technique is designed to look like real eyebrow hairs. Also called eyebrow microblading or hair stroke eyebrows, along with a number of other similar names, this is a favourite amongst clients. Perfect for those who don’t like the gaps in their natural brows, and want a soft shadow fill to enhance and balance your natural eyebrow shape. Ombré eyebrows can be super soft and misty or high definition and anywhere in between, depending on the brow goals of each client. The ombré effect blends out to a soft pixelated fade towards the front so is perfect for clients who need to restore lost volume and length.

They are a combination of nano feathering at the front blending to an Ombré/Powder through the middle, arch and tail. Perfect for those who don’t like the gaps in their natural brows, and want a soft shadow fill to enhance and balance your natural eyebrow shape.

Also known as semi permanent makeup, cosmetic eyebrow tattoos can last anywhere from 6 months to 3 years before a refresh treatment is recommended. The longevity of a cosmetic tattoo depends on how quickly your body metabolises the ink, what ink is used for the procedure, and the technique it is applied. Nano feathering is the most delicate technique, created with tiny micro hair stroke technology so it does fade faster than an ombrè brow, however, it is much longer lasting than microblading, when correctly applied.

A session typically lasts 2-2.5 hours, including a comprehensive consultation to help decide the best style to suit your needs, look, and lifestyle. I spend the a big chunk of this time mapping your brows to ensure symmetry and decide on the overall shape and look you are wanting to achieve.

Eyebrow tattoos usually only discolour if a permanent ink is used, rather than semi permanent, or if the pigment is worked into the skin too deep. Another reason that discolouration occurs is from scar tissue created by microblading. Dekure Beauty only offer techniques which are safe and superficially applied so that they fade in good time without discolouration or damage to the skin. I consult each individual client about any possible risks depending on their skin type, and I do not proceed with methods that may potentially harm or discolour the natural brows.
