Ready to Unleash Those Gorgeous Brows? Here's Your Roadmap:
Preparation
Prime Your Canvas: Get your brows waxed or tidied at least 5 days before your treatment. In fact if you can hold out I prefer them not tidied up so I can see where the brows outside of the final shape grow.
Skip the Tint: Don’t use tint; I’ll match the colour to your natural tones.
Pre-Treatment Care: Gently exfoliate your brows 1 week before, and keep the skin nourished. Do this every other night until your treatment.
Serum Break: Avoid using brow growth serums for at least 30 days before your treatment.
Clean Slate: Wash your hair before your appointment and avoid cleansers near your brows while they heal.
Embrace Options: Come with an open mind about techniques. I will help you choose the best option for your brow goals after a thorough consultation.
Afterwards
Aftercare is important to make sure you get the best out of your brow tattoo.
Your brows are going to go through a few changes during the healing stage
Brows need to stay dry and clean especially during the first 48hrs
Day after they will be DARK, be prepared for that
Day 3-10 they will start scabbing, and start the flaking process.
Day 11-20 after the scabs have all gone the brows will look like they’ve disappeared, this is normal and part of the healing process.
Week 3-6 the colour will slowly start to come backm what you see by week 6 will be the healed results.
Aftercare process
First 48hrs: Use warm water and apply to the area on a clean cotton pad, dab gently. Pat dry with a clean tissue morning and night.
Keep it Dry: Dab the area with a clean tissue to make sure it's dry.
Day 3 it’s time to add some cream: Apply a thin layer of aftercare product with a clean cotton tip and let it dry.
Remove Excess: Use the other end of your cotton tip to wipe away any extra product. Be super gentle not to disturb the area that would have now started to scab.
Repeat as Needed: Follow this routine 1-2 times a day, or as directed. Do it before showering to protect your healing brows from water.
No picking: Resist the urge to pick away at the scabs, it’s important
Handle with Care: Avoid soaking the area with water until the final scabs fall off (around 1-2 weeks).
Be Cautious: Avoid intense treatments (like chemical peels, microneedling, or retinols) near the area once healed.
Post-Healing Patchiness: Some minor colour patchiness is normal after healing and will be fixed at the touch-up. You can use brow products in the meantime after the scabs fall off (around 1-2 weeks).
Touch-Up: Plan your perfection visit at 6-10 weeks for perfect brows!
